The cost to ship Internationally is determined by package weight and destination. On average to ship to The USA and Africa:
To ship to the USA via our courier DPD
For a pashmina or a tablet folio case weighing up to 1kgs – 45 Euros.
To ship to South Africa via our courier DPD
For a single handbag, weighing up to 2,5 kgs – 144 Euros
For a pashmina or a tablet folio case weighing up to 1kgs – 75 Euros.
Please note that these are estimates so feel free to call or send an email if you have experience receiving packages from Europe at a lower price. We will try and find the least expensive way to ship your package and get back to you right away.
UK Mainland Delivery
Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders ordered online.
We deliver most items Monday to Friday, 7.30am-6.00pm (although some of our carriers may deliver slightly earlier or later). On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.
Pashminas and tablet cases may be despatched via DHL Global Mail.
All Handbags and large orders will be despatched via DHL Parcel Services. We despatch from DHL in Germany for quicker, safer and more efficient results, which is in the best interest of you , our valued customer.
We can’t guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.
We don’t deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses.
Please note that we reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure, for example to a communal postal address. If this affects an order you place, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
Delivery Charges vary by country and are calculated and displayed during the checkout process prior to payment.
International Shipping Restrictions
Islarule.com gladly accepts orders from all around the globe. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.
Please feel free to email us before placing an order, to confirm our ability to courier our products to you. We are not in the business of making money on shipment costs, and will always seek the most cost effective delivery solution for you. We have options through all of Europe’s top and local couriers as well as the Dutch and German Postal systems – Post.nl, and DHL Global Mail. We will notify you if a vendor is unable to ship to your address.
Please allow 3-5 days for processing all International orders. If the processing period falls during a Holiday we will ship during the next business day. If you need your order expedited then please call us to see if we are able to meet your needs.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient’s responsibility. To calculate import duties, please use this link – dutycalculator
In addition we have no control over how long an item might be delayed in customs as each country has different criteria for releasing a package. We offer both Priority Mail and Express Mail that will guarantee arrival in your country subject to Customs Inspections over which islarule.com has no control.
For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from islarule.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Import Fee Terms & Conditions
Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”).
Your order with Islarule.com for shipment to countries outside of the EU may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
You authorize Islarule.com to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import Fees. Islarule.com is not an agent and provides this as a value added service to customers.
These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard conditions of use of the Islarule.com website. Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in the United States.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase on regular priced items, for whatever reason, you may return your unused product, within its original packaging, within 30 days. Your paypal account will be credited for the purchase price of the product, on the day we receive your return.
You must return it in the condition and packing you received it in. We will not accept returned items that have clearly been used, i.e. if they smell of smoke or perfume in the case of pashminas or scratches in the case of tablet covers and handbags.
You are responsible for the returns postage cost, and we recommend you use a Recorded or Special service as we can not be responsible for items that go missing en route. Royalmail is a good option.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns on International Shipments to the USA and South Africa at this time. Returns and replacements are available to all UK and EU shipments.
Please email us in firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on how to return your product, or follow the procedure listed below. When making a claim, you will be required to produce proof of original ownership, indicating the date and location of purchase. Please note that returned product will not be accepted unless accompanied by a copy of your receipt of purchase.

We will process your refund , credit or exchange less the actual invoice cost of outbound shipping within 10-30 business days of receiving the returned product.
After completing the online returns form, please print a copy and include with your return.Items returned without a completed online returns questionnaire or a refused shipment without notification will be charged outbound, returned shipping and a restocking fee of 10 Euro.
All returns must be unused, in the original packaging and accompanied by the original packing slip and a receipt. *We reserve the right to inspect the product before full credit is given*
Save the original shipping carton and your receipt, if possible, and we will instruct you where and how to send your return.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer for a refund. We suggest using DPD or other carriers that can easily trace your shipment.
If we do not receive the item, we cannot issue you a credit, exchange or refund.
International Orders to The USA and South Africa may not be returned as stated in our International shipping policy.
If your Isla Rule is looking a little unwell or has developed a more serious fault, please get in touch with us (email@example.com) as soon as possible. If it is necessary to send your product back to us for repair, you will be asked to return your Isla Rule to our nearest repair location, at your own expense. If, after inspecting your Isla Rule, we are satisfied it is defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair the product at our expense and return it to you free of charge. This is subject to our product guarantee. If we are unable to repair your Isla Rule, we will replace it with the same or similar product.
